Icelandic Grandmaster (1996). Coach. Icelandic Champion in 2009 and joint Danish Champion in 1997.

Best results:  Allerod 50 Jubilee 1984, 1^st; Danish championship 1987, 4^th; Farum 1993, 1^st; Copenhagen 1993 1^st; Dens championship 1995, 2^nd; Copenhagen Aruna 1997, 2^nd; Herford Open 2000, 1^st; Selfoos Milk Master B in 2003, 2^nd, Heini Olsen Memorial 2010, 1^st; Vizag Open 2011 (IND), 1-5^th. 

A participant in the Olympiads of 1992, 1994 and 1996 for Denmark and in 2006 and 2008 for Iceland.
