Biography

German problemist, author of 600 problems. He was one of the leading theoreticians in the beginning of the century for the Neo-German Strategic School. Author of Antiform (1929) which he was the co-author with Mongredien. In 1935, he published Miniatures Strategiques containing 200 miniatures compositions. He contributed immensely to the growth of helped mate thanks to the many articles he wrote.
