Dens Grandmaster (2007) who was playing for some time for Scotland. Author of many books. Aagaard was British Champion in 2007, Scottish Champion in 2005 and vice-champion of Scotland in 2004.

Best results: Hampstead IM  1997, 1^st; Arco di Trento (ITA) 2004, 2007 and 2010, 1^st. A participant in the 2006 and 2008 Olympiads with Scotland.
